In today’s world of hyper-communication connectivity, you’ve got to be firing on all channels to be successful as a business. And that’s especially true when providing targeted legal services to a vast public audience.

As one of the largest and most successful personal injury firms in upstate NY, Martin, Harding and Mazzotti has to serve and communicate with clients at many different touchpoints, on many different levels. Online, on the air, in the community, face-to-face… the goal is the same: to promote the brand promise of service, integrity, compassion and effectiveness across all platforms and audiences. That’s where the CA team comes in.

We’ve been working side-by-side with MH&M for more than 25 years, providing services and support to address all of their communication needs. From the web to community outreach programs to video production, marketing and creative design, our relationship has grown over the years and today is stronger than ever.

Our most recent collaboration is the creation and launch of the new MH&M website. It’s a powerful, responsive communication tool designed, developed and delivered to engage and connect. It’s got all the bells and whistles, of course. But running in the background is a solid strategy of content-driven SEO and paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to make sure that targeted “eye-share” finds the site and gets the messaging.. And to further ensure engagement and effectiveness, we continually support the MHM marketing team by adding fresh content like radio spots, testimonials, blogs and much more. We meet every month to evaluate our efforts – what’s working, what needs improvement, how can we get better – and make course corrections and adjustments to enhance the site.

It truly is a fully integrated partnership between CA’s capabilities and MHM’s needs.

We’re boots-on-the-ground for driver safety course registrations and giveaway events. Lights, camera, action for important video “topicals” highlighting things like defective medical devices and drug recalls. We’re the creative force behind promos involving everything from social media campaigns to eNewsletters and online ads. And let’s not forget traditional media like print, posters, promotional items and direct mail.
All part of the plan. All part of the brand. And that we are very familiar with, having developed the Branding Guidelines for the firm.

Now that’s a solid case of collaboration.
